How do we do this?

First off we ensure that your web site is optimized or  "search engine friendly". While it is important to have an attractive web site that will keep your visitor's attention and sell your products or services, it is equally important that it is optimized for prime search engine positioning.

We then use specially designed Highly Optimized Content Pages, frame- and door-pages which focus on specific keywords or keyword phrases.
These are additional html pages that will be added to your web site and submitted individually to the top search engines on the Internet.

Furthermore, we submit your site to specific categories in the top directories - Yahoo, Looksmart, NBCi, Zeal.com and The Open Directory Project. This is the only way to be listed in these directories.
Submission software and automated programs can't do this! Your progress is tracked with specialized ranking reports and web site traffic can be measured as well.

The process we use involves a variety of steps and stages.

First comes the planning stage. We work with you to select the appropriate keywords or keyword phrases for your campaign. We research those words to see if and how often people are searching for them on the Internet. We check to see if competitors are using them and how. By this we can help you to select the most effective keywords or keyword phrases that will target the audience you are looking for.

We then check your current web site to see that it is optimized for prime search engine positioning. We check page titles, meta tags, alt tags, keyword density and actual content to make sure all elements are optimized. We can either provide the changes needed or work with your current web designer to make sure the necessary changes are in place. Oftentimes this will not affect the appearance of your web site to the public view but rather affects and changes the underlying code.

After we make sure your site is optimized, we develop the Highly Optimized Content Pages that will be used in your campaign. These Highly Optimized Content Pages will focus on specific keywords, keyword phrases and/or specific search engines. Once they are complete, they are uploaded to your server, either by us or we can have your web designer upload them.

Now it is time for the actual submission process. Your Home Page is submitted to the top search engines and then your Highly Optimized Content Pages are submitted separately to the top 20 search engines and directories. We select categories on Yahoo, Looksmart, NBCi, The Open Directory Project and Zeal.com and then submit your site to these, keeping track of which categories we selected so we can check progress later. Once submission process is complete, you receive notification by E-Mail and are able to log into your Campaign Portfolio which will include all of the details about your campaign.

We then continually monitor your progress with Ranking Reports, web site statistics and repeat submissions.
